By ensuring their security teams had the most up to date floorplans and accurate information about the location of people and assets, they would enhance the responsiveness of their security team, enabling them to more accurately interpret data from camera feeds and make better decisions regarding appropriate courses of action in a variety of situations. However, the security cameras and floorplan data were being managed by two different software systems.
