Assistant Account Manager

Manage current client relationships and programs; generates new business, recruiting; developing and growing staff. Primary Responsibilities include: Develop and grow client relationships, assist overall communications programs for clients. Assist with knowledge gathering of several disciplines including: Lease Management, Strategic Master Planning efforts, Chargeback Analysis, Facility Budgeting, Operations, Move Management, and other Corporate Initiatives.


Administrator

Monitors SuccessFactors software. Fulfills assigned duties and direct activities such as typing or word processing documents, keeping track of subscription renewals, arranging BAATUG meetings, mailing correspondence or packages, or other miscellaneous services. Examines work flow and revises processes as necessary to improve efficiency.


CAD/IWMS

Manages advanced CAFM tools such as: DWF publication, Database querying, Database Highlights, executing repair tools, define Block Libraries, trouble shooting area measurement calculations. Clean and develop Layer and xref standards. Creates and modifies CAFM asset blocks and Polylines to BOMA and IFMA standards. Identifies and creates new toolbar functionality and connection to LISP routines; catalog these assets to the CAFM databases for reporting and data retrieval. Uses computer-aided drafting software (AutoCAD, eCenterOne drawing tool, Aperture Drawing tool, and Intergraph) to manage the following: Layouts, Layers, Blocks, Xref, plotting configuration, and drawing management and designs that meet CAFM specifications. Reviews CAFM drawings, analyzes design and retrieves information to complete drawing, layout or design. Uses detail drawing or CAFM specifications to dimension, scale or line locate.


IWMS Administrator

Coordinates physical changes to CAFM databases, and codes, tests, and implements physical database, applying knowledge of database management systems including Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase, MySQL, FileMaker Pro. Specializes CAFM code bases: Designs logical and physical database changes and enhancements, understands how changes affect existing database structure and functionality. Establishes physical database parameters. Specifies user access level for each data items, such as insert, replace, retrieve, or delete data. Specifies which users can access databases and what data can be accessed by user. Tests and corrects errors, and refines changes. Enters codes to create production database. Direct programmers and analysts in making changes to databases. Reviews and corrects programs. Answers user questions. Confers with coworkers to determine impact and cost of database changes on other systems. Additional background: Over 5 years of directly related experience working with relational databases in client-support environments. Manages the data integrity and development of CAFM databases and related master files. Assists with the contributions to develop and improvement of databases and master files. May be responsible for acting as a lead for 2 or more less experienced CAFM Administators, providing as-needed guidance, troubleshooting assistance and support. May contribute input for annual performance review feedback for RSC CAFM Administrators and/or client technical personnel. May supervise and train client personnel as needed.


HR Manager

As an HR Manager at RSC, you will be in charge of basic internal operations tasks, such as: on-boarding paperwork, termination practices/paperwork, payroll, benefits, worker development, work disputes, and safety training.


Programmer

Prepares specifications and programs of a highly technical or complex nature. Assists Systems Analysts/Programmers with application or technical problems. Senior level position requiring advanced technical knowledge in all areas of applications programming, system design, and update, storage, and retrieval methods. Strong knowledge of: Operating Systems - Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows NT, Mac X, Linux, Unix; Web Servers - IIS, Apache: Java Servers - Oracle 10g, BEA Web Logic, IBM Web Sphere, Apache Tomcat. Database - Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL; Programming languages -: C++, Visual Basic, Dot Net, LISP, Java Scripts; Web languages -: PHP, HTML, XHTML, XML, XSL, SOAP, AJAX, and other specific CAFM languages.


Senior Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities include: Develop and grow senior client relationships, develop overall communications programs for clients, manage profitability and financial aspects of accounts. Has Professional knowledge of several disciplines including Lease Management, Strategic Master Planning efforts, Chargeback Analysis, Facility Budgeting, Operations, Move Management, and other Corporate Initiatives.


Technical Account Manager
