Identifies and creates new toolbar functionality and connection to LISP routines; catalog these assets to the CAFM databases for reporting and data retrieval. Uses computer-aided drafting software (AutoCAD, eCenterOne drawing tool, Aperture Drawing tool, and Intergraph) to manage the following: Layouts, Layers, Blocks, Xref, plotting configuration, and drawing management and designs that meet CAFM specifications. Reviews CAFM drawings, analyzes design and retrieves information to complete drawing, layout or design. Uses detail drawing or CAFM specifications to dimension, scale or line locate.

Coordinates physical changes to CAFM databases, and codes, tests, and implements physical database, applying knowledge of database management systems including Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase, MySQL, FileMaker Pro. Specializes CAFM code bases: Designs logical and physical database changes and enhancements, understands how changes affect existing database structure and functionality. Establishes physical database parameters. Specifies user access level for each data items, such as insert, replace, retrieve, or delete data. Specifies which users can access databases and what data can be accessed by user. Tests and corrects errors, and refines changes. Enters codes to create production database. Direct programmers and analysts in making changes to databases. Reviews and corrects programs. Answers user questions. Confers with coworkers to determine impact and cost of database changes on other systems. Additional background: Over 5 years of directly related experience working with relational databases in client-support environments. Manages the data integrity and development of CAFM databases and related master files. Assists with the contributions to develop and improvement of databases and master files. May be responsible for acting as a lead for 2 or more less experienced CAFM Administators, providing as-needed guidance, troubleshooting assistance and support. May contribute input for annual performance review feedback for RSC CAFM Administrators and/or client technical personnel. May supervise and train client personnel as needed.

CAFM Adiministrator 2

Manages the design and development of CAFM databases (ARCHIBUS/FM, Aperture, eCenterOne, FacilityCenter, Tririga, and FM Systems), and related master files. Oversees contributions by Systems, Operations, and Technical Support to develop and improve databases and master files. Oversees the performance, integrity, and quality of databases. Controls system capacities for existing requirements and plans for future needs. Sometimes will supervise or mentor Database Administrator 3. Additional background: 3 – 5 years of directly related experience working with relational databases in client-support enviornments. Manages the design and development of CAFM databases (ARCHIBUS/FM, Aperture, eCenterOne, FacilityCenter, Tririga, and FM Systems), and related master files. Oversees contributions by Systems, Operations, and Technical Support to develop and improve databases and master files. Oversees the performance, integrity, and quality of databases. CAFM Administrator 3

Manages the data integrity and development of CAFM databases and related master files. Assist with the contributions to develop and improvement databases and master files. Provides the first line support to clients, applying industry standard knowledge of database management systems. This position reports to an Account Manager and coordinates work with technical, sales and other support team members. This position will coordinate physical changes to CAFM databases with internal, external and client resources. Based upon client needs, this may include determining, developing, testing, and implementing appropriate solutions. Additional background: 1 – 3 years of directly related experience working with relational databases. Supports the design and development of CAFM databases (ARCHIBUS/FM, Aperture, eCenterOne, FacilityCenter, Tririga, and FM Systems), and related master files under the direction of a more experienced CAFM Administrator.
