This feature displays all single moves and lets users execute or cancel them.

In addition to the table navigation buttons that are found in each feature, there are several navigation buttons that are specific to single moves.

Action

The "Action" dropdown displays the actions that a user may take with any single move request.

This will display the details of a single move request, such as:

• From location displayed on a floorplan
• To location displayed on a floorplan

SpaceView allows two basic actions to be taken with any single move.

• The "Execute Move Order" button updates the employee's location and marks the move order as complete.
• The "Cancel Move Order" button lets users cancel the move request.

Single Moves are not created in the Moves module, but in the Locate module under "People". To create a single move:

1. Click the "Action" drop-down next to an employee's name.
2. Click "Update Location" from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter the new location in the fields provided, then click submit.
