This lets users check the meeting schedule and reserve time for any conference or meeting room in their organization.
To view a room's schedule:
To reserve a conference or meeting room:
1. Enter the building and floor information in the "Room Search".
2. Click on a room to view a calendar with that room's scheduled times.
3. Click on a time on the calendar.
4. Enter the meeting information in the form that appears:
a. Meeting Name
b. Repeat (if applicable):
* Daily
* Weekly
* Bi-Weekly
* Monthly
c. Number of times the meeting will be repeated (if applicable)
5. Click "Schedule Meeting".
6. The meeting will appear on the calendar.
This lets users search for meetings.
1. Enter one or more of the following information:
a. Meeting name
b. Reserved by
c. To date
d. From date
2. Find the desired meeting from the list that appears.
3. Click on the meeting to view more details about it:
a. Meeting name
b. Reserved by
c. Date
d. Start time
e. End time
f. Room
g. Building
h. Floor
To delete any meeting:
1. Enter one or more of the following information:
a. Meeting name
b. Reserved by
c. To date
d. From date
2. Find the desired meeting from the list that appears.
3. Click on the meeting.
4. Click "Delete Meeting".
