The parts locator allows users to locate and view basic information for parts used for equipment. Options are found under the "Actions" drop-down next to each part, and can include:

• Part Summary
• Part Edit
• Floorplan

To bring up these options, search for a part.

To search for a part, enter one or more of the following information in the fillable fields, listed below, and click "Search":

• Part Code
• Description
• Classification
• Building

Clicking on one of the pieces of equipment will make the "Actions" drop-down appear.

The Parts Summary displays basic information for a part, such as:

• Part Code
• Quantity on Order
• Physical County Qty.
• Typical Order
• Date of Last Use
• Date of Last Count
• Model Number
• Stock Number
• Unit Cost-Set by User
• Minimum to Store
• Units of Order
• Description
• Part Classification

The Part Edit allows users to edit the basic information for the part, such as:
